Absolutely Vinohrady & Žižkov Neighbourhoods

Let’s leave the crowds behind and explore two lovely areas – Vinohrady and Žižkov! I will meet you in the lobby of your hotel at your desired time and then we will make our way towards a more residential look at life in Prague.

Vinohrady is a charming neighborhood with many lovely cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. We will start in the true center of the district – at Peace Square with a beautiful neo-Gothic church. Our next steps will take us to the Vinohrady Pavilion, a historical marketplace that now holds modern design shops. At JZP Square we can visit a traditional farmer’s market before taking an elevator to the observatory deck of the Žižkov TV Tower, which is located on the border between the two districts. Continuing into the Žižkov neighborhood offers a different atmosphere – this former working-class area still preserves its bohemian spirit.  We will make our way through the neighborhood straight to the hilltop Vítkov Memorial, which is an extraordinary and important place with incredible views.
