Prague is a city of many faces, and this tour will show you some of the hidden ones. Let’s explore northern side of the city, across the river from Old Town. I will meet you in the lobby of your hotel at your desired time, and take you to some of the trendiest areas in the city. Holešovice is a formal industrial district, which has recently transformed into a fashionable area of design shops and galleries. We will walk through Letná park to the site of a giant Metronome. Then we will pass by the glass windows of the Czechoslovak Pavilion, which won awards during the 1958 World’s Fair in Brussels. In the neighborhood of Holešovice, we will wander around the residential streets, pop into the Czech National Gallery’s Trade Fair Palace, and end in the Prague Exhibiton Grounds, which were built in 1891 and are connected to the massive Stromovka park.
There are extra entrance fees up to 250 CZK per person.
